Nov 26,2020I’ve been using Cell for probably a year and a half. I have long dark fine hair I usually stay away from conditioners. Except the shampoo and conditioner from Cel are designed to give you new growth. And that they have!! I had several areas where the hair was completely gone as big as a quarter. They are grown in now and thicker than ever. I’m 67 and when you get that age, you usually have to give up your long hair. Not me!! not ever.! As long as Cel keeps making shampoo and conditioner and other treatments!!! You guys have me for life!!! It does not need to suds up, a small amount works on past shoulder length hair!! Thank you Cel!!!!!

Nov 26,2020I have been using cell shampoo and conditioner since nearly 3 months. The product does what it says. I am happy with it. No more hair loss, my hair has become thick again and now look healthy. Baldness is been covered. I am sticking with this product as it has finally be a solution to my huge hair loss. Chantal from NJ

Nov 25,2020I was led to believe that use of the shampoo and conditioner would lead to a fuller head of hair. I tried the products and felt that I had to use a lot of shampoo to get suds and even with that my hair did not feel clean. We have hard water. I plan to use the products until they are done and re-evaluate. If my hair becomes thicker I will be much more positive.

Nov 25,2020I’ve been using Cel shampoo & conditioner for three years now and love these wonderful products. These products actually do what they advertise. I was losing my hair and had vein seeing scalp. After about a month I started seeing such a difference. My hair is healthier, fuller, more manageable, and did I mention fuller! Nov 20,2020I waited 8 weeks for product to arrive, no one contacted me, so when I emailed ( becasue you cant get anyone on the phone) you said you couldn't ship to a PO box (which your web site should have stopped me when ordering.)#2 Then you sent me the product,at long last to my home then two weeks later sent it again. ??? II called and could not get hold of anyone on the phone.#3 I have used the product for 6 months now and I see no difference in my hair, I will not be reordering ever again. Your customer service is bad, pick up the phone during business hours. and product seems like a scam . I still need a refund for the double order you sent. You social media is great but not product

Nov 15,2020I have been a cell user for over 1 1/2 years and absolutely love this product. I am in my mid sixties and had started seeing a lot more shedding than previously and found that it wasn’t growing in as quickly as before. Not unusual for my age but I wasn’t going to accept it if I could do something about it. So I tried Cell MD. I am thrilled with the results. As is my stylist. Due to Covid I hadn’t been in for a trim since last January. She was amazed at how healthy my hair was so we decided to donate it. I have a new cut and I hope some one else can benefit as well. I will always use this product. Highly recommend

I have been using for two months and getting good results. I am seeing baby hairs now. Yay. The customer service is amazing. Give it a try!!!

Nov 12,2020I don't know what else to do! I saw your ad on Facebook and purchased a one time buy of shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair. I never received any correspondence per email about my order at all. My account was charged and I have tried all customer service numbers I could find. No one at all to talk to and left messages to call me back. Read alot of bad reviews and don't understand how you can run a business like this. I just want my money back at this point.

Nov 09,2020Cel is the fourth product I have tried and although it is early in my use, I have to say that I am very pleased with how my hair feels when I use the serum. Other products left my hair greasy and heavy. Cel is light and leaves the hair feeling very soft. I bought the shampoo and conditioner as well, and find them to also be good. I plan on continuing to use your products and hope that I see the results I am looking for. --Also, I want to commend you on how well you stand behind your products. My first order of the serum was damaged in transit and when a replacement was sent, it was lost in the mail. The rep persevered and made sure that a new shipment was sent to me. Thank you.

Nov 06,2020I ordered 6 jars because it was less per jar , and I was very hopeful that it would help. For whatever reason, it didn’t. I used for 8 weeks and saw no change so I contacted cel md for a refund. They were very helpful, responsive, and gave me a full refund within a week of me dropping it back in the mail. This company has integrity, and for that reason I will continue to recommend to clients, friends, and family.

Nov 04,2020I haven't been able to open either bottle. The instructions are to turn the top anti-clockwise, but nothing happens when I do that. Is there a special technique you've not told me about or I'm too dim to realise what it is? It would be nice to be able to use the product! I CAN'T SEE HOW TO REPLY DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY'S REVIEW, SO I'M TRYING THIS INSTEAD. WHEN I ASKED A FRIEND TO TRY TO OPEN THE BOTTLE SHE ASSURED ME IT WAS ALREADY OPEN - SO I'M SATISFIED THAT THE INCIDENT IS ANOTHER RECENT DEMONSTRATION OF MY OLD-AGE-INDUCED SENSE OF BEWILDERMENT ... SORRY!

Nov 04,2020This shampoo and conditioner has changed my life it’s AMAZING!!! Worth every penny!! I have tried so many from cheep to even more than this but nothing compares to it! I would recommend to anyone who has problems with hair loss/ going thin for whatever reason to get these you won’t regret it!!

Oct 23,2020I tried the Cel product for the 90 days, but unfortunately it did not work for me. When I called for my refund, they sent me a refund email right away! They were very nice, helpful and efficient! The staff was so nice to work with. I just wish the product would have worked for me.
