Sep 02,2020Haven't really noticed a difference one way or another. Think I'm done throwing my money after something that isnt showing any obvious signs of working. It's too expensive for that. Had high hopes too.

Sep 02,2020Love the products, but the website and customer service has been very lacking. I wanted to delay a month and now I receive no products. This is unacceptable in 2020 when you cannot adjust your delivery on line. The shampoo and conditioner helped me get my thinning hair back from taking medication, but not sure if I want to jump back in and have to relive the customer service issues.

Aug 31,2020I ordered the shampoo and conditioner on 17/7 whilst in hospital expecting it to be at my home by 1/8 which didn’t happen I have sent 4 emails and received the first on 28/8 saying they have to wait for stock, so did they take my order knowing that I would have to wait? I sent another email on 29/8 asking for a full refund as I have purchased another excellent product. I expect the refund will be in my account by the 3/9.

Aug 29,2020I have four starred this because my partner and I have used this only three times as we have just recently purchased it. It's great! I am 63 and my hair is thinning and is so fine. I had it cut to collar length to give it more fullness but it just lay flat. The first time I used this shampoo and conditioner I felt and saw the difference. I actually feel like I have a full head of hair with body! It is a confidence boost. My highlights are brighter and my hair has a lovely shine. My partner has white hair and it is definitely looking fuller with a silvery shine. The product has a delicate, pleasant smell (no idea why some say it smells awful) and for me, one full pump of shampoo is enough to get a lather going (although my partner said he does not get much lather which in his opinion is a good thing as it demonstrates the product is not full of chemicals). I really work it in, leave for a couple of minutes and then rinse thoroughly. One pump of conditioner is enough (for my length) as it is very rich. Leave it in for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly too. I can manage my hair everyday now. I am not looking for growth yet because that would be a bit unrealistic bordering on impatience and overly high expectation but am happy enough with such a quick and positive result. Dealing with customer service was also a very good experience - quick to respond to my queries and helpful.

Aug 24,2020Hi I have placed an order #9851 and despite at least a dozen attempts to communicate am faced with deafening silence. This is insulting so my advice is don't trust these guys! Off to the bank to lodge a disputed transaction as its that bad

Aug 23,2020I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for 2 months. I haven’t noticed anything different. I am willing to keep trying, however one thing I cannot get over is the horrid smell. My hair smells like mildew. The same smell you get when you have left your laundry in the washing machine too long and dried the clothes any way. Bad smell, I can’t get over it. It completely overshadows any benefits of the product. Change the smell and I will be back!

Aug 22,2020I made a one-of order to this company on 19 July with a promise of shipping in 3-5 business days. A few days later I received an email saying there would be a ten day delay. It's now 22 August, and I've received no shipping notification, nothing. I've contacted them through email, no answers. I've tried the 'virtual chat assistant' which promises help tickets by email, but no help tickets are issued. In 48 hours I'll be going to the US Consumer Affairs, as this company is a scam that cheats people desperate for a solution. As at 27 August 2020: Have received a form email supposedly from the CEO stating that my order should be with me on September 4 - about a week from now. When I receive the order, that is when I expect the 90 day guarantee to begin, not from the date of the order. I also would be interested to known why this company keeps advertising when it hasn't got the product to sell?

Aug 21,2020I had a scalp condition from stress that was causing my hair to fall out. The sides of my hair was very thin where I had to wear my hair tied back. After the FIRST use of Cel shampoo my scalp felt so much better. After awhile I noticed my hair on the sides where thicker and I don't have to tie my hair back, I can style it the way I used to.

Aug 21,2020Received my products - just shampoo & conditioner so far - promptly with no fuss. Hard to say after one month that my highlightened hair is thicker etc but it certainly feels healthier, looks shinier & responds better to the abuse I give it with styling gels, hairdryer & hot brush! This extends for a couple of days after washing too. What to try next......?

Aug 20,2020Was looking at this site 18/7. Filled out an order, went to checkout, filled out details then noticed it was in us dollars not aust dollars. Tried to go back to change order but found order went through without pressing checkout or submit. Still haven't received any product but did receive a discount when questioned the delay. Received an email to say no payment would be taken for sept,next payment due oct. Sent an email stating no payment to be taken. I didn't sign to subscription but a single delivery not yet received. Found out today there is a further payment taken out on 18/8/20. This is not a company to be trusted. More money out and no product delivered. The excuse is the health crisis. Then stop advertising and taking orders. Will be asking ACCC to look into this company's performance in Australia.

Aug 19,2020Cel advert says, selling out fast in NSW! Its been 4 weeks for me and still no product! I have been emailed it wont be too early Sept, ordered mid July. Also charged twice, so not a good experience even before receiving purchase.

Aug 19,2020Disappointed. I received my pens, but they would not dispense. Replacement order never arrived. The shampoo and conditioner are nice, but way, way to small for the price. 11.00 for the pair. Like resort size small. Couldn't use it long enough to confirm or dispute whether it does what it claims or not. Customer service was very nice when I contacted them, but that did not change the outcome in the end.
