Jan 11,2019I completed my Diploma in Graphic Design. The course was outlined nicely and was easy to follow. My instructor was always available and supportive and the online portal is easy to use and easy to track your progress. I would recommend the Center for Distance Education as a great alternative to in class learning, as it can be worked around other priorities such as family life and work.

Jan 10,2019I went to CDED for General Office Administration and then decided to add my Medical Office Administration to it. I loved that you could work at your own pace. Every assignment was clearly mapped out for you. The teachers were so easy to get a hold of as well. It has been just over a year since I graduated and I have two jobs. One at a doctors office and one at a hospital. This would not have been possible without CDED

Jan 10,2019What a wonderful experience I have had with the Centre for Distance Education. I was thoroughly pleased with the website, the instructors, and the course itself. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a self driven education. It does require a commitment on your part, as you are setting the pace for your learning, however, the school (I feel) does everything in their power to help you succeed. It also gives you the ability to continue work, home, and personal life that you can balance with gaining further education in a reasonable time period .

During the course I learnt leading software programs currently used in the field, which set me ahead of other candidates. Also, I found instructors to be very supportive and eager to help. I would highly recommend this school if you are looking for hands on experience.

Jan 10,2019For the most part I had a good experience. My only issue was with the instructor for the coding/abstracting. Sometimes took a week before I would get a response and a couple of times I had to go over her head in order to get a response. I felt my experience with her was not a good one and that I didn’t get very good instruction.

The program is very laid out with the students’ needs in mind. The program follows CHIMA’s learning outcome and ensures that the material studied will ensure that the students pass the final certification exam and have a successful career. The school also offers career advice and support throughout and after the course.

I was stuck in the retail field and now I am head bookkeeper and backup office administrator in a major accounting office. If it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be where I am today.
