Nov 06,2016My school has only been doing business with your company for 3 years. The organization I'm affiliated with has been doing so since your company's launch. And we've happily recommended your products to our clients. However, it has recently your company has decided to enter the realm of instruction, with your video streaming service. By doing so, you undercut those of us in the trenches, those who've been pedaling your products, those who're trying to make a living doing something we love. You cheapen the art by encouraging the idea that you can gain skill (not to mention the less obvious benefits to dojo training. Ie: community, confidence building, learning the upside of hard work and dedication, etc), without personal interaction, assistance or guidance. Before, as business owners, we put up with your higher prices because you offered a variety of products that we could not obtain elsewhere. That is no longer the case. There are now several other outlets that offer those products at much more reasonable pricing. (for example: your 5' x 10' folding panel mat - my cost through Century: $349.99. I get the same mat for $170.00 through another supplier). I understand your need to find new sources of revenue. This IS business after all. However, if your idea of business is torpedoing the businesses that helped build your company to what it is today; I am not willing to continue doing business with you.

Oct 14,2016Customer service for returns have no follow through. An item shipped damaged, pictures of the item was requested and sent and several follow up phones calls made and no response on replacement. Every other area has superior service.

Oct 07,2016Recently my order with Century had a couple of hiccups. Called in about the errors and it was resolved in 5 minutes. My order came with a pair of wrong size shoes and 2 extra items (not charged for). Century told me to just keep the items and had my other pair of shoes shipped out within a few minutes after our conversation. Good job Century. Thank you for your quick and courteous service. I used to only deal with yall but now I have to search the net for prices to make money. I used to get 30-40% off and could make enough to keep my lights on. Now? i dont order anymore than I have to. Yall screwed yourselves. But Our opinion doesn't matter all that matters is your president getting his golden parachute.

Their staff are well trained to handle anything and they go above and beyond what other suppliers do to ensure that their customers and clients are satisfied with the products they receive but also, they help to make sure that schools run successfully. Century is an absolute must for any martial artist and you shouldn't hesitate to check out their products. You Will NOT regret it at all.

Sep 10,2016Except in rare cases when Century doesn't stock an item, I buy from Century exclusively. In 18 years only one time was there a "problem" with a pair of sparring gloves in blue instead of red, and within 2 days I had the red gear for my student delivered at my door. Outstanding service. To date, on the few occasions where I had to buy from someone else, their CS was nowhere near what Century provides. #cmas4life
