Sep 16,2022Cerity is the worst insurance company I have worked with. It takes weeks to get a response from their agents and lots of effort to get or manage your policy. I only purchased workers' comp through QuickBooks and I wish I could go back in time and take it all back.

Sep 16,2022I have been with them now for a little bit over 2 years. I have 0 complaints. Very affordable. Whenever I need a certificate I just go online and get 1. And if it's a little bit more detailed I send an email and they get me their certificate back to me and the customer right away.
