David organised the un raveling of the initial agreement and secured another vehicle . i would like to thank David and Dean for once again providing exceptional customer service . I can not recommend this company enough the service doesn't end after you buy a car they will support you aftersales .

Jan 07,2025Just want to give a big shoutout to Jack and Gracie, first time using Charles and Dean and the process was excellent. One email to Jack and he provided me the figures within 5 minutes and got me an acceptance instantly. Grace handled everything thereafter and made the process very simple. After the documents were signed the funds were transferred to the dealer within the hour. I saw my vehicle on Auto trader on Thursday and by Saturday I was driving it home. Could not fault this team whatsoever. Will be using Charles and Dean only in the future now.
