Dec 31,2024Having Jack and and Gracie supporting my finance PCP deal was incredible. I was able to text Jack on Friday 20th December in the evening to arrange that the transaction could be completed before 30th December as most firms were closing for Xmas. I was offered by C&D the lowest interest rate deal, so much better than the main dealer and another Finance company. I will certainly be recommending C&D.

Felix and Gracie managed to project manage / people manage so that all parties walked away happy. I drove away as an extremely happy and impressed customer, in this instance there was added pressure due to time constraints around work schedules. The team were impressive in their efficiency while being friendly, enthusiastic and very professional. I highly recommend Charles and Dean as a firm and for the people they have facilitating things. The product they found me saved me a good chunk of cash, with better overall terms. The only area for improvement would be to move away from paper- based applications. I appreciate this might be down to the lender as opposed to you however, it was a bit of a faff! Top class service in every other way.
