Jun 16,2023I bought a Swarovski set today from Charles Fish and paid via PayPal. Order was confirmed and the payment debited from my account. I then received a further email stating their credit security service flagged my order as having a POTENTIAL issue and asking me for photographic ID! I wasn’t using credit, I had paid in full. As I was not prepared to give a shop my personal information I decided to cancel the order. Their loss I’m afraid, would have used them again as great prices.
