Jun 11,2022Purchased a pre owned Rolex through Chrono24 from Charles Fish. The item was posted out and received the day after payment. It was wrapped up very securely & arrived in perfect condition (a nice touch was the time and date had been set already). It was a touch big so I’ve taken it into the Harlow store twice & they’ve been happy to adjust it both times. Overall could not recommend them enough.

Jun 16,2022I've been hunting for a particular watch for over two years. When one appeared at Charles Fish in mint condition and at an excellent price, I couldn't believe my luck. We chatted about possible part-exchange, and although they offered me a great price for my existing watch, I decided to go for a straight purchase. The watch arrived the next day and was even set to the correct time and date! Plus, mint really does mean mint - although my watch is a good few years old, it looks box fresh. Fast and friendly communications throughout the entire process. Five stars well earned!
