Sep 27,2019I was very disappointed how I treat with 2 associates. I been with Check City for a very longtime. But this time on Saturday evening on Tropicana Store and Nellisand was around 6pm or 7p is the closes crosstreet so these two made me feel so inadequate and I really felt like they weren't their to help me and both of two workers had snobbish attitudes. Its ashame you go for help and you treat with this kinda Customer Service! Personally if I was their Manager these two need to retrained in Customer Service Training and attitude Adjustment. You have loss a Loyal Customer because of these two employees. I rather go somewhere else and be treat like a person. Rather than a problem!
