Sep 20,2019No matter what time of day I they never are welcoming. All they do is stand and pretend they are doing something watching the line get long. Your commerical say one thing but none of it is true. This location on Jones and Sahara need to be retrained how you expect your company to run.

And then check city goes off the charts with padded door handles! And there rite next door and open 24-7 so that I can't steal those pads.

Sep 20,2019Services lately has been a bit strange.- I have gone last month to one of the branches near the strip, to cash a small check. - The attendant after seen the check, photocopied it, double check with another associate, and almost 10 minutes, a bit after midnight when no one is in the store, then she comes back and tells me that she could not cash it because it was a temporary check. - Which it was not. - First thing i did next morning, is gone to the store i usually do business with. - Check was cashed out without a second look. - Then i walked away and remember the first time i walk into a Check City as soon as i came to Las Vegas, the first time in 2007 - It has been 12 years, and i have received since then hundreds of loyalty discount cards from the merchants and business who i usually conduct business with. Not so from Check City. - And i have cashed checks all these time and never a discount. - Yes, you are allowed to come and tell me that your product service are already discounted. - That is not the point. The point is that is no rewarding the loyalty of your customers. Not need to be discount, per say, however some sort of a benefit for an appreciation - Right now, is virtually non existent. Or at least i am not aware of anything in that regard at all. The feeling i get when i get to the store, is as a matter of fact, the same feeling i had when i was a stranger and just walking in out of the street. - Then, why deal with Check City when there are other choices? If Check City wants a great review, then they have to handle their customers in a great way. Otherwise, the only thing it can be said for a clientele level is that there not customer satisfaction oriented. - In turn, that sucks along with some of prices to me, as well as to the other first guy that walks in from the street.
