Mar 01,2017I tried to order checks but it could not be processed because some information was either missing or incorrect. No big deal, right? You get a hold of them to make corrections, per the email's instructions. I did. Again and again and again. I left times to reach me, I left my number and I left my email. No fragging response. So I had to get checks elsewhere.

I have been purchasing my personal checks as well as company checks for two other business, for several years now. I always get what I order and in a timely manner. Haven't ran out of checks for more than 10 years. This company is GREAT!!!

Mar 01,2017I normally buy from Harland and Deluxe, but I found a email flyer for Checks Superstore. Checks arrived late, wrong account number, and with all the extra costs for handling and shipping, it ended up costing the same or more than the bank checks. The checks with the wrong account number ended up in the trash.

Nov 19,2016I like the design of the checks however I discovered after using a couple of checks that the routing number was off by one number. The website doesn't allow you to see your old order so that I can compare to see if it was my mistake or your office? I have written two emails from your website and haven't heard from anyone!!

Jul 26,2016This company was very quick to send me my order. I ordered a tropical fish pattern. The colors are beautiful but too dark for a check. Handwriting on the check is not easily legible. I will have to ask the company if i can do an exchange.

Jul 21,2016Got my checks - they are correct and in order. Didn't order "superfast", and they still came about 10 days after I ordered them. I did have a problem last time with the design I ordered not reading on some machines - and the one before that, too - but I think it is probably just the machines used at Point of Sale that get wonky. These checks are fine.
