tried talk to customer service 2 times. the second time they said they rush me a brand new order and that order never came. I have now since moved and don't care about the $5 I spent on of one book of checks you can keep it!

I ordered new checks for a new home. they shipped them quickly, the checks were the ones I ordered. No mistakes on the address or bank routing numbers. Count me as a satisfied customer.

I'll be honest, I was skeptical of ordering checks from a company I didn't/don't see on the BBB. But other than my bank, Checks Superstore was the only place I found that had the customized options I wanted for my checks and at an affordable price. Though my checks came with a tiny error on the design I wanted, they replaced them for free and everything is now groovy! Thank you Checks Superstore!

Getting checks from you bank can be so expensive. Check Superstore is a great alternative.

Good prices, but are comparable with other "bargain sites". Took a long time to get my order--nearly two weeks for a reorder. Also, it was difficult for me to find my usual check design and I had to comb through old emails to find out how to reorder my same checks and designs. The name of the store changed and it was somewhat difficult to get directly to the Website quickly. Site navigation was pretty much a synch, and the free shipping is an extra bonus.
