Unacceptable. The prices advertised online are not honored, although I expected to pay slightly higher than the cost I saw (maybe £20pp) I certainly didn't expect to have to haggle to pay ONLY £80 per person MORE than the advertised price. Spoke to several people who were rude and clearly did not care about promoting great customer service. Jessica dealt with my holiday request. After discussing a holiday (Price advertised as 521pp) I asked how much a transfer would be. She added £29pp on for the transfer so at this point I checked - would the total cost now be £550 each? She said yes and we proceeded to book, bearing in mind this was pushing our budgets to the max which I did inform her of, then the total cost she asked to be put on my card was £1198! AFTER she had taken all my card details down! An extra £98 had suddenly appeared on our already overstreched bill! An extra £156 to the asking price on the website! She then said these were 'fees' and pushed me to proceed with booking which I did not want to do at this point. I informed her our max budget was £1100 and could she bring the price down. She then quoted £1150 and offered an alternative hotel for £1138 (however I had already mentioned I didn't like the look of this hotel). I politely asked for some time to think about the cost. I rang back, no more than 1 hour later with another quote from a different company for £1098 asking if she could get anywhere close to this price. She just kept saying "no" when I informed her this was a real quote! So rude. The quote was genuine but we chose to not go with it because we had to wait a few days for a hotel confirmation which I wasn't comfortable with. She kept denying the fact my quote was real and said she'd have a look, ring me back and then put the phone down. DO NOT expect this kind of service from a company who rely on telesales! I was prepared to give this company over a thousand pounds and they did not have the decency to provide a good standard of service. The staff needs sorting out and so do the offers online. It would be a good idea to advertise how much these holidays would be with the extra 'fees' that are tagged on at the end. I will not use this company again and I suggest that everyone else does their research before wasting their time. I have spent well over 60 minutes on the phone with them to achieve nothing. It has soured our holiday experience, that we haven't even booked yet, and has tainted my opinion on using sites like HDC.
I found this company through the HDC website where I usually book my holiday but Cheers2sun is the worst of all. False advertising, we’ve been trying to book a holiday for the past week or so and every time we call to make the booking they add over £1000pp in luggage and transfer, then they say it’s not available then, even though they advertising the holiday we want at the same price we saw before, it’s a computer glitch. DO NOT GO TO THEM for your holidays they will rip you off and drive you mad. Names of the people taking the p*ss there are: Mark, Danny, Victor, Mary, Jessica, Michael, Alan, and some other we forgot, that’s the amount of people we talked to for the last week. Now gonna get in touch with HDC to remove this company from their site as they are liars, do false advertising, are rude and make fun to the customers (luckily we have recorded all our conversations after the first one)!!
I am 72 and went with Cheers2sun to Panorama Bungalows, Hurgada Egypt, 7 - 21 November last year. Couldn't fault it, excellent food, superb room, nothing went wrong, you can use this Company with complete confidence as far as I am concerned. Plane was on time, Transfers were efficient, only downside was legroom on the Plane as I am 6 2" but the crew let me stand for long periods which I appreciated. This was my first time with Cheers2 Sun and for value for money, Michael and his team cant be beaten. Robert, Poole Dorset, UK
Just booked a holiday with cheers 2 sun. After reading these reviews I'm a bit nervous now. Though, I knew what resort and hotel I wanted to stay in. Then after much investigation cheers to sun turned out to be the cheapest. Hopefully everything will go well :-) will leave a final review after the trip.
Never use again. We paid for a 8 day all inclusive holiday to Zante. We are in the hotel now and just we've been told we have to check out one day earleir than our flight or stay for an extra charge of 170 euroes per room. After putting this review up, i've had a call from the agent saying to edit the review to get 20 euroes when I'm back from the holiday. So dissappointed. Our holiday is been ruined 😞😞

Appalling service. just before I was about to book I asked how long it would be before I receive confirmation of my payment. The Indian adviser called "Mark" then said 7-10 days. As I wasn't comfortable with this I then asked him not to go through with payment as I'm unsure. He then assured me no money would be taken. To my horror "Mark" had tried to take the full amount and then another 6 amounts varying from 400, 250, 150 then 100 until he stole £100 out of my account. When calling up to try speak to "Mark" he was apparently in meetings and ofcourse I never got a call back. Nationwide investigated fraud and got me my money back thankfully. But please I advice nobody to use this sham of a company. They only managed to take £100 from me but I'm sure they'd have taken more if given the chance.
False advertising. We called up to book the holiday to Cheers2sun. The holiday was for a 5* hotel in Egypt for 10 nights. We had done our research on the flight times and hotels on the dates we wanted. The price quoted on the website was £380 pp. We called the company and spoke to someone named Susane told us the flight out was on 11/11/2017 at 22:40pm arriving at 04:15am she did not know the flight operator. The total cost was £862 which we decided to pay with flights, hotel, transfers and baggage. She confirmed all of the details were correct on the phone and said I will call you back at 16:00pm to confirm the reference number. I again asked her to confirm the flight times, my partner was with me when she again confirmed the flight out from Gatwick was at 22:40pm arriving at 04:15am direct flights. She toke my card details and confirmed the details will be emailed to me. After I got off of the phone I said to my partner that the flight times do not sound correct as we had checked on various sites there was a flight at 10:40am arriving at 18:05pm, Thomson holidays also told me that the flights to Egypt are day flights not evening flights. I checked the flight times and the flight she offered was none existent and there were no flights at all from any airline at the times she double confirmed. 15 minutes after we booked and paid for the holiday she called back to tell me the flight had gone and tried to offer me hotels and flights at nearly £200 per person more than the price we agreed and paid. This is false advertising and I have completely lost my trust in the company. I will not be using them again.This is unacceptable to try to take payment after verbally agreeing a price and is a breach of contract.
This company have been very supportive during my recent holiday booked with them. Through no fault of their own, the hotel we originally booked was late opening following a refurbishment, Cheers2Sun therefore offered us a alternative Hotel, which initially looked ok. On arrival, we weren't happy as there were a number of issues with the Hotel, we contacted Cheers2Sun and were immediately offered alternative fantastic accommodation in a wonderful Hotel- we were also upgraded to a suite and on an all inclusive basis. The Hotel and therefore holiday was fantastic, I cannot thank them enough, Jacqueline Stevens.
Absolutley Rubbish. Very very disappointed. Found a holiday to Jamacia and Cheers2Sun offered me a deal I said Id call back in 5 minutes. The offer was to be hold for 2 hours max. I called Philip the one who gave us the offer and was told he was on a break and that hed be back in 5 minutes max. Didnt get a call back for near 1h30 MINS!!! I called back Philip to find he STILL wasnr back from his 'break' i asked if i could book this holiday with one taking over for Philip to find either Philip was lying or one taking over for him. I was originally quoted £5697 and apparently my secure offer had gone up to over £7000. Have now been told my offer has now been lost and no longer available. No apology...nothing very rude and careless attitude from the salesman just 'the offer is no longer available'. Will NOT bother again. Very upset and let down.
I have never used this company before and also had not been abroad for about 5 years but I cannot speak highly enough of them. I found a good deal online so phoned to checkout the details with Cheers2sun and spoke to a very nice person who talked me through everything. Everything was confirmed immediately via email and all documents received correctly and in plenty of time. Whilst away I also received a forwarded message from them from Ryanair again great service. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.
18 months ago 6 of us went to Mexico. The night before our departure low cost beds went into administration. Cheers2sun phone us up st 7.30pm offering a full refund or an alternative hotel (nether were an option) so after several phone calls to the hotel we were staying, we kept our room but we had to pay for it ourselves on arrival and cheers2sun said they would refund us on our return. Mike, from cheers2sun was brilliant, the same day we returned, we were reimbursed our money in full. I highly recommend them and do much cheaper than your high street travel agents.
Never booked with cheers2sun before but have to say that despite lack of communication on their side, they found me a great deal in south tenerife for 10 nights all inclusive flying from leeds/bradford. For 3 people it cost during the Easter holiday just less than £1300. Hows that for a bargain!! The flight times were not great but meant we were at the resort in time for lunch. Temperature 30 plus!! Then it was relaxation time by the pool, early dinner then bed. Next day we were on top form to explore the area. So much to see and do!!! I cant thank Cheers2sun enough for such a great holiday and wish we could turn back the clock and do it alI again. I will definately book with you again. Thank you

Please do yourself a favour and swerve this lot Where do I start!!!!!!!! Book a dream holiday to Mexico that cost a few quid and flying with Thomson's, I ask for the Thomson's booking reference to select seats, was told against policy to give me this, I ask them for a quote for select a seat, quoted £390 for return for 2 adults 3 kids, what!!!! phones Thomsons £110 quoted. That's the service you get when booking a expensive holiday and try and save a few quid Never again Hassle2Sun adios amigo's

I called up cheers2sun to get a quote for a holiday I saw on Cheeky Trip and what absolutely ridiculous service I got from the guy at the end of the phone!! He answered with the most unprofessional and miserable tone, and when I said I wasn't looking to book now, I just needed a quote, his tone got even worse and before I could ask more questions, he hung up. It's like his life depended on me booking a holiday! Sort your staff out, cheers2sun! Teach them some professionalism!

Rang back and they stated that the deal had gone and price increase by £500 per person. Obviously didn't book through them
