Very helpful and not rushed into any decisions.Hope the holiday is as stress free.
Haven't been on the holiday yet, but there are a couple of things that have already soured the experience. 1. The prices they advertise are not live and loads of essential items not included (baggage for example). The price ended up 50% more than advertised. 2. Not only were the flag gets not direct, but two stops needed. Hope it will still turn out to be a good holiday, but semi-regret not paying a tiny amount extra and go with one of the big names.
Had feeling the sales agent more interested in his commission rather than filling out the customers brief! Hotel not as described and definitely not 5 star was also promised Asian influence in restaurants this was not the case, we were limited to one restaurant on half board and menu very limited and boring, we felt deflated and let down by holiday company!! Would not use again!
Just want to thank cheers to sun I have recently booked holidays to Dubai and Portugal and have had a good experience have just recently booked my 2nd holiday to Dubai and want to praise Eric and all the team who are always helpful and efficient and deal with queries strait away. I have used Cheers2sun to book our holiday from last 2 years and would not use anyone else. Everything is really easy and I have never had a problem with any part of my booking.
I was told that I was getting eight nights but it turned out to be six nights, even though I was assured I was booking for eight nights. When I queried this, I was told there was a misunderstanding, but they stuck to the six nights! I will never book with this company again. Go to a reputable company.

Dec 02,2016Good deal. Very Nice staff. Very professional company. Everything excellent except when trying to pay their system kept saying my postcode didn't exist; even though their screen showed it fine. This led to major problems as it rejected credit and debit cards and I risked losing holiday. After 24 hours pulling my hair out I had to transfer money to myself then do a bank transfer - strangely acct registered to same postcode. Aaarrgghh. Sort your system out and it's 5 Star all the way.
