Oct 23,2015Ive been able to buy from other companies that are like the CSC. While they are competitively priced the meat quality of CSC is what sets them ahead. I had ordered some steaks and a cheesecake (which btw was totally amazing!) last year. The shipping was fast and the meat was amazing. They only use great pieces of meat. If it even remotely looks dingy or cheap, you wont get it. I cant wait to make an order for Thanksgiving this year!

Oct 09,2015Chicago Steak Company provides some of the best beef I have been able to get my hands on. It is always well aged, marbled, and well-cut. Shipping is always timely and the product always arrives in perfect condition. The promotions are a wonderful bonus as well!

Oct 08,2015Ordered 4 of the bone-in filets, the steaks were good but when you are paying $50 each for the beef you want it be better than good. As part of the deal they also provided me with 4 other filets. Problem arose when I wanted one package sent to one address and the other to another address. The system allowed me to place the order but I later got a phone call requesting I pay another $19.99 to ship the orders to 2 separate addresses. They eventually did the right thing but it took me ~10 minutes on the phone before they got approvals - Amazon has spoiled me with the ability of their customer service folks having the power to do what is right without getting approvals from managers.

Oct 08,2015Recently received an order of Filet Mignon's from C.S.H.,,,they were the 6oz filets,,,what can I say but WOW. Love Filet's and always have bought them at a major Grocery Chain,,,thinking that Filet's are all the same,,,,not so,,,,Chicago's were the best I have ever had. They are expensive,,,but well worth the money,,,especially when you enjoy them on Special Occasions,,,,had our 's on our 1st Wedding Aniversary,,,. Great job Chicgo Steak,,,,will be ordering more for the future,,,am anxious to try your Strip Steaks,,,that will be my next order.

Oct 08,2015A very good representation of why U.S. Mid-Western beef stands alone. Also a good representation showing why good beef you ate as a child now costs 500 percent more in cost, due to there being only about three major meat packing houses left in the USA, versus the thirty or so back in the 1960's, hence the 'real farmers' need the price you pay to still produce it in an honest and humane way.
