A couple of days ago I signed up, confirmed for trading at no time, very easy and fast. The test-run, was slow and seemed complicated but got through eventually. Contrary to the advertising on the website my preferred currency was not available, only US$ coming from a bank in Spain. Today's experience was first rate, fast and easy. The website is not very user-friendly and needs an update but the trick is to make use of the 24/7 chat. Very friendly staff, they respond almost immediately. I will definitely use again.

I transferred money to this site from CIBC. It looks like they are banned by many banks in Canada. You may lose your money so be careful.

It took a long, long time and many messages before you could trace my order even though I sent a copy of the notice from my bank confirming that the funds had been received. I am absolutely exhausted from doing just one small, trial deposit. I hope it isn't always like this.

Due to some technical difficulties a very large trade was deleted over a holiday, but once provided the information from the trade I Promptly recieved my funds. Appreciate these guys and what they do. Thanks!
