Dec 16,2024The order process, speed of despatch and packaging were very good. However the use of Royal Mail for delivery was a mistake. The Royal Mail don't appear to use time slots and, in this case, delivered outside the window. Both are inconvenient, resulted in three delivery attempts and, no doubt, made their employees' work more stressful.

Dec 16,2024Our toilet seat was delivered next day. We were so pleased to find the original make and design to replace our broken one. The Post Office who delivered it was not so good. Our tracking no. didn't work and they didn't deliver it to our chosen alternative deliver address (the local post office). Instead it was left in our driveway and we were sent a picture of it. We were not due home for another hour but thankfully our neighbour took it in for us. The parcel was delivered quickly but unfortunately the Post Office had let us down. Great product!

Dec 14,2024Just a word of warning .. the bespoke replacement toilet seats (in my case for the Sphinx Antibes), have unsuitable hinges for the environment in which they're intended. Described on the website only as stainless steel, but apparently chrome plated, became very corroded and pitted after less than 18 months. Look nice when new, but impractical and wouldn't expect this degradation for the cost.

I have recently placed two orders with this company, one for a new complete replacement toilet seat and the other for a combination of spare parts to refurbish an existing toilet seat. In both cases the knowledge, customer service and efficiency of the staff was refreshingly excellent. I would highly recommend without question this online shop to anyone seeking to buy a new toilet seat or spare parts to refurbish an existing one.
