Jul 08,2024I received excellent service from Choice Replacement Toilet Seat Shop. Ordering on their web site was easy and delivery was fast. I also received great technical support from David who told me which seat I needed and also answered subsequent questions about the fitting. However, when I received the toilet seat the box within the box was torn apart obviously by someone who had received the seat before me and the polythene film covering the seat was also ripped apart. What was worse was that the bag containing the hinges and fittings had been opened and then stuffed inside an old Jiffy bag. A label on this bag stated that return would not be accepted if the bag had been opened. It was also stated in the returns section of the website that returns would not be accepted if the bag had been opened due to hygienic reasons yet the seat and fittings were sent to me in this condition. Having said that everything appeared to be intact and clean. It is only due to the condition of the packaging as described above that I have given 4 stars and not 5.

Unfortunately the toilet seat was damaged on arrival. took pictures and sent via e mail and was told they would send a new seat straightaway which they did. They sent me a free return ticket for the broken seat, new seat fits perfectly. Great Service.
