Nov 11,2024Bought two replacement soft close seat dampers as original had failed on one side. Investigation showed the end of one had unscrewed, spilling the hydraulic gel. When I checked the replacements neither end piece was screwed in tight. Seat now working like new. If you buy these make sure they are screwed tight before fitting.

From ordering to delivery the item was received within 2 days, extremely well packaged. Toilet seat fits beautifully and quality is excellent. I was advised not to remove any coverings because if the item didn't fit they would not be able to exchange. That I could understand. Great experience.

I didn't particularly appreciate being told online that the Porcelanosa toilet seat was available and would be delivered right away, only to find out after ordering that it was not in stock, yet payment was immediately taken. However, not too long a wait, and all ended well, so 4 stars.
