Mar 09,2022Bought a Christmas tree which was only used for a couple of weeks then by next Christmas wasn’t working at all. I contacted them by email before the year was up but got no reply then told me I could only have a credit note as I was over the year. Ordered 2 new products, still waiting on one of them along with a return phone call from a manager. Not a good experience at all.
