Dec 13,2022I received my item which was broken which I can’t blame anyone as it could have happened during delivery, I emailed the company and they give me an instant refund or a replacement which I wanted a replacement because I just loved the item which I was happy with. They asked me was it possible to send them photos which I did. So I received the second one and unfortunately it was broken again. So I emailed the company again which again I was offered a refund or a replacement but at this stage I was well into December and I put my Christmas decorations up for the first December so I was going to wait another week + for another one so I just said that I would take a refund which I got an email immediately to say my refund would be with me in a few days so I couldn’t have asked for anymore. Just because I had that experience with the company it definitely wouldn’t put me off from using them again. I would even recommend a friend to use this company. Thanks very much for everything you did to accommodate me. Happy Christmas to everyone in the company 🎅🏻🤶🏻🎄

Dec 20,2022Don't use, they messed me around with shipping and the item I ordered never showed up. I then rang up the customer service to sort the issue out and they arranged the item to be shipped again with paying me for shipping. Over 10 days later the item never showed up and I called customer service again to which I was told it hasn't been shipped and they didn't sort out the order (which was originally ordered in November) now that it's Christmas this week the item will not show and its ridiculous. Should have brought from somewhere else. As it would have showed up at the beginning of December
