there was a problem with the order and it was a little late arriving but the customer service people are very good and i am pleasedd with how quickly they resolved the issue. i would use them agan given the confidenec i now have that if there is a problem it will be sorted quickly

Bought a Natural Needle Balsam Fir Christmas tree, it was delivered within the suggested time frame. The tree is quite easy to assemble and looks very realistic, I love it! I'm glad I opted for a slightly more expensive tree compared to the ones being sold by major online retailers and supermarkets.

Ordered a product from this company, no problems with ordering or delivery of my product but unfortunately it did experience a fault. I phoned the company with my query and was sent a replacement promptly. Excellent customer service, very polite and courteous, no time wasted cant fault! Disappointed with the fibre optic lights as there isn’t any setting to control them. It’s just on fast mode and can get quite unsettling after a while. The tree is a very dark green, Could have been a slightly lighter shade.
