Jan 10,2020Easy to order on their website. Expected delivery 6th Jan but by 10th we hadn't received anything so called up Customer Services team (0800 number which was a bonus :) ) . The gentleman I spoke to was super friendly and helpful and explained they'd had no computer systems for 4 days. No wonder everything was delayed. I take no issue with this as these things can't be helped. Would certainly buy from them again.

Jan 09,2020I have sent a email to this sellar about this item and they have not been in touch . Some of the lights don't work it is the lights on the tree I put it back in the box ready to go back . All I want is a replacement we spent Christmas without a tree I didn't have time to open it till the 23rd of December

Jan 07,2020regarding my order of led lights ,the matter has been resolved,after my first review ,I was contacted by this company and they assured me my item was on its way.As they were delayed because of the Christmas period.Even though I was on the phone for over 30 minuets,It was due to a problem with the line.I have now received my lovely lights,they are in full working order and are very pretty.All ready for next Christmas. Thanks for your communication.
