Dec 24,2019I had a problem with a set of lights I ordered. I e-mailed customer service and they immediately dispatched a replacement set. This unfortunately was lost thanks to Royal Mail. I contacted customer service again and once more they immediately dispatched a replacement set. I am delighted to say that they are now adorning my terrace and look amazing. Excellent customer service!
