Dec 21,2019The Christmas Tree I ordered was nothing like the write up online or as it appeared in the box,Described as realistic branches ,the most realistic branches was only at the ends, overall was very poor quality,would not order again, but I have had trees before and never had a problem from this company,Refunded very quickly which was very good,

Last year accidentally bought lights from high street store that had no memory chip resulting in trees flashing like something possessed every time they came on! ( as if Christmas isn’t manic enough!!) Now I have trees on my drive that twinkle beautifully. Very happy - and calm 😁

Dec 21,2019I ordered these lights on Wed pm, an order arrived on Sat. (normal delivery) Unfortunately it contained the wrong lights. A quick email to support, and on Mon a reply from Customer Services Manager apologising for the incorrect lights. Arrangements made to send replacement order. Tue received the correct item. I am very pleased with the lights, exactly as per the specs. My neighbours have commented on the lights outside my house. A very happy customer. Even when things did not go according to plan in the first instance. Customer support excellent.
