Sep 03,2023I ordered 2 sets of outdoor lights and only one set arrived. I had no notification that the lights were not coming. I had to call to find out what had happened. The lights were out of stock and should be coming out to me early this month. Just disappointed with lack of communication. One set of lights up and working great. Fingers crossed the others arrive soon!

Jun 12,2023Ordering & delivery good as usual as I've purchased from this company before. 2 of the boxes were badly damaged when received and which didn't seem to be the couriers fault. I was worried that the lights may not work but tested them straight away and they seemed to be ok.

May 09,2023The lights are lovely and working well. My daughter adores them. However when I received them box was so dirty, made my hand all black. You could see they were stored for very long time however it would be nice if first thing I didn't have to clean with damp cloth before opening the box. Likewise efficient delivery.

Apr 18,2023Packaging was badly damaged and open but product was ok inside. The tree is beautiful and I love it, however the quality does not match the price. I have had to buy thick wire and brown insulating tape to reinforce many of the branches.
