Jan 07,2025A handful of reviews around unclear shipping times but that isn't true. People just aren't familiar with Shopify and their app. The ETAs and details are all clearly listed there. When you purchase it tells you tracking is only through their app but people aren't reading. If you search on reddit generally the consensus is positive reputable places to purchase quality Japanese knives. I had no issues with tracking and customer support was very responsive when I had question. Great knives and highly recommend purchasing from here
