Dec 31,2024Very disappointed in the finish and quality of the blades but I should have known better to think I would be buying a a middle of the road quality knife for $160 but these knives shouldn't cost but about $60. The handles are the best thing these knives have going for them but that's not the business end of the knife.

Dec 28,2024My experience was not a good one. I reached out 6 times by email and phone to check on this christmas order. I did finally receive a reply 4 days before christmas assuring me that I would get my order December 24. It did arrive. I understand Christmas rush but not poor Customer service.

Dec 27,2024I have not received my package, when I try to check tracking I need to use the phone app. When I use the app., I need to have a Gmail or Office 365 email, I purchased with a comcast email, but unable to track with that email. I was assured I would receive by Christmas, but didn't, it is now the 26th and I still can't track, and have not received the package.

Nov 18,2024I bought a 175€ knife that is already very expensive , they charged 15€ for delivery , when It arrives the Fedex company tell you , you owe them 55€ more on taxes and 15€ more on their time + more taxes on a total of 73€ extra to the 175€ , nowhere they tell you about that , if the knife IS gonna cost me 250€ i wouldnt have buy .

Sep 09,2024My experience was terrible. The order took over a month to arrive, and I was charged unexpected customs fees on top of the original price. Customer service was non-responsive, only replying after I threatened legal action. I would not recommend ordering from this company. The whole process was frustrating and far from professional.

Jan 26,2024This place is a complete joke. Do not purchase from Chubo Knives. It's been over a week, and there is no tracking, and they have stopped responding to requests for customer service to tell me what is going on. AVOID CHUBO KNIVES.

Dec 23,2023They do not specify, except on an obscure subpage of the site, that there are heavy taxes and duties; I paid 50€ more than the expected amount for a knife shipped to Italy. I even tried to talk to them but they did not propose any solution.

May 24,2022Bad experience with the first purchased from Chubo Knives. I have purchased a Deba knife 180mm and deba saya sheath on left handed ,after received the item it saya sheath is not fit to the deba knife. I have sent few email to the customer service (Jeremy)，but there was no response.
