Everything was very prompt once I placed my order. They contacted me for proof of documents within the next day and thereon everything was smooth sailing. Even the delivery was great, the courier contacted me beforehand when they're 10 mins away and I was even able to track their location throughout the stated delivery window. So far, very satisfied with the service and would recommend 👍🏼

Return Customer I'm a returning subscriber for Circular.. previously their range of products was so much more, I miss that period of time. My experience with them has been really great so far. And their service is really amazing. I would say the only thing that irks me would be the delivery agent as they used an external vendor for the delivery, meaning there are some small timing mishaps. But nevertheless..if there's any issue Circular will follow up very promptly. I don't understand why so many people are against this service, when such subscription/rental services has been present for a long time. E.g: car rental service.

I recently upgraded my phone from the Samsung Galaxy S22 to the S23, and my experience with Circular was nothing short of amazing. Firstly, I must say that the Circular website is simply awesome! The user experience is excellent, and I had no trouble navigating the website to find what I needed. The website is easy to use, and I was able to compare the different phones and plans effortlessly. I appreciate how well-designed the site is, and it definitely made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Secondly, the upgrade process was seamless, and I had no trouble at all. I was able to quickly upgrade to the S23 and get everything set up without any hassle. The process was fast and efficient, and I was very impressed with how easy it was to upgrade. Thirdly, the customer service at Circular is prompt and excellent. I had a question about my plan, and I was able to get in touch with a customer service representative quickly. The representative was very helpful and friendly, and they were able to answer all of my questions. Finally, the delivery experience was fast and excellent. I received my new phone quickly, and the delivery person was very professional and friendly. They made sure that I received my new phone in perfect condition, and I was very pleased with the whole delivery experience. Overall, my experience with Circular has been fantastic, and I highly recommend them. Their website is awesome, the upgrade process is seamless, the customer service is prompt and helpful, and the delivery experience is fast and excellent. I give Circular 5 stars and would definitely use them again for my tech device needs.

Great service and very friendly customer support. I could reach out via WhatsApp and the staff were very responsive. I will never buy a smartphone again ... really easy to get the latest phone every year. I am considering moving all my devices to Circular and not have any baggage to reduce my carbon footprint.

At the end of the day I never notice after contract the unit are not belong to me , since all the phone that I taken in a service provider after contract belong to me. 😔

Your service is hassle free. I don't have to wait long. Delivery personnel was also very accommodating. He sent me few WhatsApp to keep me updated as I was sitting for my exam during the delivery period. Overall, I am happy with your services. Thank you.

Purchase made easy! Fuss free. The only minute issue for me was the delivery agent didnt update me that delivery werent happening on the day that the was set by circular. We took the day off so that can collect the item, but it only came the next day. It was pretty inconvenient for us on the delivery agent end , cuz we had to take two days off work instead. There should be some sort of update or something. But there isnt . But all in all it was a pleasant purchase from circular. Trustworthy. Definitely purchasing something else!
