Nov 24,2022I used circular in Singapore to order one of their audio products. While the pricing and the actual product itself is great, their customer service associates are generally quite rude. Not only was my delivery much later (I had to wait an extra two weeks) than they stipulated, but the customer service associates told me that a refund at the time would not be possible, and that I'd just have to wait.

Oct 27,2022Already make payment and within 5 minutes after successful payment. Received an email and mentioned that I was reject my application without any reason given. It says out algorithm checks your registration data to ensure you're a real person and that you meet our credit criteria. Unfortunately, we were not able to take you on as a Circular customer at this time and aren't able to disclose the reason. I use my Singpass to registered. Totally unacceptable reason
