Don't inform you when your contracts up for renewal then tie you in for another 6 years with astronomical exit fees!!! don't waste your time and money. There platform is below average and response times should you need assistance are slow.

Jan 13,2025I rang Citation looking to make up teams for training. Tom Beckett took the call and we ended up sharing screens, as he took me through running reports. He was very good but it was all so fast, I missed some detail. Tom said he would send me a recording of our session, I got notification of the recording but sadly could not view it. I will return to this subject again very soon and I will have a better understanding when I speak with the help team again.
