As part of your contract, you receive a personal consultant that is always on the end of the phone if needed, or even a teams call. I've had more than enough support from my consultant Andrew Mullins who's an outstanding guy and always has the time for me. I genuinely think I would be drowning in stress if I never had his unwavering support.

Suzie was very helpful throughout her visit and put Frazer at ease, as he is used to dealing with men in regards to these audits. I found her to be very knowledgeable, polite and friendly during her stay.
