Jul 22,2022Professional open and honest. These guys have the interest of both tenants and landlords at heart. Very transparent and go a extra mile to help people. Payments are given on time and no issues. Both Ali and Beth have good people skills and meet the needs of tenants and landlords.

A very customer focussed team and kept me informed all the way through to after my moving date. So happy with their services and highly recommend CityWide to anyone… especially those who don’t know the area.

Dec 16,2021Citywide were one of the Main reasons grattan house fell to bits. They let out flats to drug dealers & pimps who helped bring down the sate of the whole 55 rooms. Further examples include Tennants in room 38 - who were known drug users along with tennants from room 27 who was a drug dealer to room 1 who was a pimp. .This was along with them claiming to other landlords that their room was vacant when it wasnt!!! I wouldn't touch citywide with a 10ft barge pole. Be careful!!!!

Dec 16,2021If you want prostitutes and drug dealers to occupy your flat/houses, get in touch with CityWide lettings who will make use of their extensive Bradford based contact list of pimps, delinquents and drugs network. If not They’ll still be more than happy to employ their usual dishonest tactics of letting out your flat without even telling you and keep the rest for themselves. Typical Bradford based company. 0% ethics, 0% morals, 0% decency, 300% profit at all costs.

Dec 10,2021Once told me a tenant lived in my unit for four months and left without paying rent. I don’t believe them. I suspected they were collecting the rent without remittance to me. Suspicious room repairs and invoices. For several months I was seeing unaccounted deductions in remittance to me. I always complained and they said it was the bank. I didn’t believe them.

Dec 09,2021I was just about to leave a review as I have number of properties which are managed by this brilliant company and was astonished to see a couple of reviews left by a small minority of people. Having invested a massive amount of money with this company I make it my business to know how my investments are being looked after. I can honestly say ignore this utter rubbish and these ridiculous reviews and in my opinion are laughable. Why would anyone want to ruin a companies reputation and credibility? Keep up the good work Citywide and I hope your team have a lovely Christmas. I’ll be in touch in the new year to invest further with you. Kind regards

Dec 09,2021Do not let through city wide if you are a tenant and if you are a landlord do not use them either. It’s run by incompetent people who do not carry out checks and let the property out to bad tenants which then ruin buildings for everyone

Dec 09,2021I'm really flabbergasted with the recent bad reviews regarding Citywide, as they are not in the slightest bit true and strike me as an individual or group of individuals targeting a company for something that wasn't even their fault. As human beings, ultimately you are meddling in peoples livelihoods with no given reason and should not be aloud to do so on this platform. Beth and her team have been nothing but professional and uniquely thoughtful when dealing with myself and my recent investments into the market, her knowledge is second to none and i couldn't recommend them enough, do me a favour everyone and don't listen to the garbage.

Dec 09,2021Where to start....the Building at Grattan House is currently closed by a Prohibition Order because it is classed as unsafe and the place was used by few unwanted people, homeless, drug dealers, prostitutes....Most of the tenants were introduced by Citywide.....Once the tenants are in...you will hear the story of "electrical heater being dislocated" "toilet seater broken" which was broke and get a bill for £70 for a 15 mins job but for a job that was never done (defenetely the toilet seater never replaced. Then you find out that the "electrical heater is dislocated again after...and another payment required. Another one, there was mould in the window and was asked to pay to get it removed when money was held as a deposit from the tenant leaving earlier but did not have to pay after all. Communication initially was quite non existent at the beginning and emails and phone calls got ignored but got better after a while. I do believe that Citywide played a big part in the run down of Grattan House.
