Dec 09,2021I used citywide to rent my room out in Bradford, the building is now closed down due to anti social behaviour, drug dealers, adicts, prostitutes, I believe City wide had about 90 %of the rooms, no deposits taken, for some rooms, the building is now empty and locked up, earning the landlords no money, and will cost tens of thousands to fix up again. They also charge high amounts for any repairs done, (10 minute jobs)

The service was very fast and all the team was happy to help, I will use there service in the future if I move out. I will recommend Citywide to my friends and family.

Apr 28,2021I have just arranged to rent a flat through these guys and feel so relaxed to know its these guys I'll be dealing with for the next 6 months at least as my experience so far has been nothing but positive. Was looked after by a lovely, helpful and enthusiastic young lad called Awais. Best thing actually is that he did make a mistake but he was honest about it and found the resolution immediately. Thanks for making it all so easy.

Apr 09,2020I have been a landlord for too many years to count. During that period I have used a number of lettings agents but Citywide are hands down one of the most professional organisations. They really are knowledgeable and genuinely know how to handle their business with competence. Whenever there has been any issue, they always reassured me and took care of it and gave me peace of mind, which is essentially what you want from a management company. I only wish I had more property for them to manage as they make it easy. Thank you for all your hard work!

Dec 09,2021If there were a zero stars on here, that would be my rating for Citywide. With 90% of 66 units rented out in the same block by this company, the majority of the leaseholders have had very bad, even fraudulent experiences with them. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I cannot say more, as legal proceedings will follow.
