Dec 16,2015I ordered 20 packets of "mystical fire" as a Christmas present. 10 packets arrived within a few days, but then nothing. However, when I sent an e-mail querying where the other 10 were, I got a rapid, polite response promising to correct the mistake. The remaining packets arrived 2 days later. All-in-all I'm happy with the purchase and the (corrective) service.
