Having dealt with other suppliers for a number of years I have now placed my first modest order with CKB and have been delighted with not only the products but also the level of customer service attributed to my order. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommended Clive and the staff at CKB as they were efficient, professional and courteous....all qualities that I admire in people and companies and I will be dealing with them again in the near future. I stumbled across CKB on-line whilst looking for some ID badges for a forthcoming charity event. We were concerned that the items may not arrive in time as it was something that we had only thought about at the last minute. After speaking to the sales team they dealt with the situation very professionally and assured me that the items would arrive in time. I was very impresses with the company after only dealing with them on one occasion. I bought a single watch winder for my NOA as the one that came with it failed after about 4 years though it did not seem that long till I sat and worked back. Anyway I bought a single and after learnt that Mrs D was buying me another watch for Christmas and as it is a Longines Auto I tried to buy another Dome winder only to find that they are not currently in stock so contacted CKB to learn that they would take back the Dome and I bought a Twin Vertical Winder to replace it which arrived in speedy fashion, still waiting to see credit on my account for returned Dome but have no doubt that it will be on it's way, super service and customer care gives me every reason to recommend them

The watch winder arrived within a week of purchase which is good but I can't say more as it is an Xmas present so I won't know if it even works until then.

I was initially impressed with the write up and appearance with this item, so much so that I purchased two of them. I found after using each of them that the metal clasp that secured the two end of the neck cord together was not secure and one of the neck strap ends pulled out in use. This was subsequently repaired by laying the two strap ends in an overlapped join then stitching the joint with thread, after which replacing the metal clasp supplied. This proved to be completely successful and gave me a very satisfactory and secure product with which I am now well pleased.

Brilliant service. Always someone to talk to if needed. Products are dispatched immediately if in stock and are generally received the next day. What more could you want.
