Aug 01,2023The only reason that I have only given 3 stars is that my order was messed up. Out of the 4 pieces I ordered, 2 were of a different finish to the ones I'd ordered. Happily, I can still make use of them. However, whoever is picking your orders needs to pay more attention to what they are doing!

Jul 14,2023Disappointed with packaging as several of the edges were exposed and have suffered transit damage. We have inspected the panels and we believe, thankfully, we can work around the ones with damaged edges. Product itself is fair quality.

Jul 11,2023Poor communication about delivery ...had no updates had to keep emailing for delivery date I've been waiting over a week for delivery which was only meant to be 72 hours maximum waiting been informed this morning after me sending another email yesterday that delivery is tomorrow I can't comment on product as obviously not received it yet

Jul 06,2023Cladding for my bathroom ordered on 20th June, said it would be delivered in next 2 days, no sign of it, so contacted the customer service, said it was at distribution site but problem with courier, would arrive next day. Fobbed off when it didn't arrive, told several more times of new arrival dates, but cladding still not arrived, and its now 6th July! Thats 2 weeks with no bathroom waiting for delivery. Refund asked for, am still waiting for that, taking my custom elsewhere! AVOID! UPDATE DATED 22/7/23. Customer services were not 'sorting' the matter out when they wrote a reply. My contractor had requested a refund of my money to order elsewhere, this was not paid back to him until the evening of 13th July!. This company's debacle took just short of 4 weeks to sort, leaving me without a fully functioning bathroom. They are a JOKE.
