Ordered Monday arrived Wednesday was slight issue with one piece which was sorted straight away by the excellent customer service team , no complaints at all , now all up and looks fab , Thankyou

These panels are the best quality i got samples from other companies and these were by far the best and the service i received was second to none i cannot thank Abbi and the company for the excellent service i have received and it has transformed my bathroom regards phil kirton

Originally made an order end of September ‘21 which arrived start of October ‘21, when I got round to opening my panel order most were damaged but useable however half was unusable, so I started process of getting replacements. However as they use a 3rd party to deliver goods this proved quite a hassle as they came when I was at work despite me telling them not to come in morning. Anyway here we are end of November ‘21 and they can finally distribute the replacements of my original order that was not damaged by myself but they are asking me for £20 to resend goods… so with that said if they are broken again it would cost me another £20 and so on… this should be paid by them or the courier company. UPDATE re-delivery scheduled for 03/12/21 but nothing on the couriers database. Phoned bout 20+ times to go straight to voicemail where you can’t leave a message as usual…. New website to contact WWW (dot) SINKTAPS (dot) CO (dot) UK (/) CONTACT (dot) ASP shockingly does not exist but be found it belongs to someone called DAN 😂 Will be sending this in to watchdog…

deplorable company send out wrong goods then refuses to give me a refund for my undelivered order trying to make me responsible for their mistake. phone service is a joke as is the people you try to get to resolve their error. email service is worse and their attitude stinks just couldn't care less for customers when they get things wrong. i even had to contact the person that goods I got was for because Claddtech didn't bother to contact the buyer to let them know that they sent their item to the wrong person, demanded photos of the panels despite having a copy of the paperwork from the package which I sent them and worse to come they have all different company names advertising their products such as Cladding world I know that because my chat with Claddtech was on Cladding world their rating on here speaks volumes about these people and they couldn't care less less for the very poor reputation that they clearly have and deserve do yourself a favour and if they have any involvement with any cladding that you are looking at then do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY. I have to question the legality of a company refusing a refund when they have not provided my order and I shall take legal action and will certainly not return the wrong goods until they pay me my money back.

4 weeks to get my order delivered….and it’s still missing parts and damaged. Countless emails and getting no further. Save your money and go somewhere else. Will be contacting my bank for a charge back.

Disgusting service, Don't Order, Cowboy Company. They don't care about the customers at all. Parcels take weeks to arrive and it's a 48 hour delivery

Absolutely Horrendous Service! Items missing from my order, Had to take photo's to prove i hadn't received them, told someone would be in contact. Received an email asking what im missing, even after me explaining everything on the phone. No only was there items missing, I had to contact them again due to half of my order being delivered damaged and not useable, again had to send photos, I was then told they'd send out my missing items and replacements for the damaged items on the next quickest delivery service. Didnt hear anything from them for 2 days!! I tried calling, emailing & using the online chat got no respose! finally get through after 5 days in total, to be told I now had to wait an additional 2 business days for delivery? What an absolute Joke !! No customer service skills what so ever!! Disgusting !!

Claddtech,, odered from these , items were missing and 3 broken panels, they dont answer phone or reply to emails , after load of attemps they did email me back saying the courier lost and broke them and they will replace them, over a week now and still no replacment parts, ans still wont answer phone or reply to emails ,DONT USE THIS COMPANY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR ;(

Update - apparently the way to contact them is through "SUPPORT AT CLADDTECH.FRESHDESK.COM" They said all the other ways I'd contacted had gone to spam (various emails, 2 phone numbers, PayPal dispute and via eBay, amazon and Facebook, so quite an impressive spam filter they must have!) They eventually refunded me the missing parts of my order. Absolute terrible. Seems they are one of multiple dodgy companies. Claddtech, claddworld, Thinktaps etc. Half my order missing and no response to email, phone or PayPal dispute. Absolutely rubbish.

Appalling service Ordered four shower boards. Two arrived on the 20th damaged beyond use. The other two the following day, again damaged beyond use. I contacted four emails and their FB page to no avail. The phone line, as others have said, just rings out and finally says the mailbox is full. I had to initiate a chargeback with my creditcard company and only then did I get a reply as below. ***** Many thanks for the photographs they have been a great help, and we are sorry to see that your items have arrived with you in this condition. The damage clearly restricts a proportion of your item. Our experience in these projects is that some of your items will typically need to be cut down to accommodate areas such as window reveals, door frames and wall fixtures. This does not detract from the fact they have arrived with you in this condition and as such we are happy to offer you a 30% refund off the affected items in order for you to continue with your job without further delay. Upon confirmation you are happy for me to do this, we will issue the discount. ***** To offer a measly discount on goods that are unuseable is not acceptable, we paid for full boards so why should we only use 70% of them. Common sense and customer service does not exist with this company..... If you really are desperate enough to order from this company, or one of its many aliases, then use your credit card....

Terrible delivery and customer service. Boards have lines through the design I wouldn't but from here again, over a week to get them, then missing the adhesive. Have to continually chase the customer service for updates, no service recovery plan at all The end of the boards have a not flat so you have to chop off a bit from each. You have to be careful how you handle them as they do damage quite easily

So purchased 30 boards and 3 of them were damaged, one with a design flaw, one punctured in middle of board and another damaged on edge which wouldn’t allow it to be joined to another board. Contacted customer service and their reply was they are designed that they can be cut down !!!! Offered me 15 percent off next order. Why would you order from a company that won’t take responsibility for sending you damaged goods. Taking my issue up with credit card company as they won’t refund or replace the items. Avoid at all costs no wonder their reviews on here are dropping stars. They have a responsibility to deliver goods in a satisfactory condition.

Still not received my item, a week late now with no clue as to when or if it will ever arrive. Apparently the couriers have to conduct a search of the warehouse as they can’t find part of my order, it’s 2.4mtrs long can’t be hard to see?? Wish I’d never ordered from them as they’re reply times are awful and when they do it appears to just be a generic copy and paste response giving everyone the same rubbish excuses. If you do feel you want to order from this company check google reviews 1st and I highly doubt you’ll be ordering anything from them! If the other reviews are anything to go by, if my parcel does ever arrive it sounds like It’ll be smashed to bits anyway… AVOID!

I have had a dreadful experience with claddtech. I ordered external, internal and end trims for wall panels. On the day the fitter came to put these up, it turned out that three internal trims were missing. I rang claddtech who asked me to take a photo of it to send to them along with my order number and they would chase the courier and get back to me. I did just that but have heard nothing. As I needed the items quickly as the fitter I had a small window within which he could do the work, I reordered three internal trims for them, naively thinking they couldn't possibly mess up again. Only one of the three trims arrived! I have to give up on them now and try elsewhere whilst chasing them down for a refund. Getting hold of them is not very easy either. I'm so disappointed with this shoddy service.

I recently went back to claddtech to purchase some more wall and ceiling panels to revamp our utility room. When I arrived I was greeted with a very big hello again nice to see you. The 2 girls on reception are very welcoming and that they both do a very good job. They are both a ray of sunshine when you have had a bad day stripping walls. I highly recommend claddtech for getting your wall panels and accessories. They are a very good company to use and there prices are very low but products are of higher quality. I will continue to use claddtech for all of my future projects. Well done everyone at claddtech.

So appalling! More needs to be done for such sham of a business to stop abusing customers online. Place an order in good faith then nothing. No contact what so ever after continuous emails/ messages. This is theft! and I don’t know how the director is getting away with this. 7 companies house appointment with 4 dissolved!

We ordered items Wednesday 4pm, says 1-2 day delivery but items never turned up. You have to ring and chase the order yourself or nothing happens. Delivery then arrived 6 days after I ordered which half of it missing. There is 1 lovely lady working on the phones but the delivery company they use do nothing to help.
