Jamie's customer service is exceptional, thank you so much. All enquiries were answered very rapidly, not only that, the order arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. The product is high quality and a sample product was sent to me as soon as the next day which was very much appreciated. From the initial meeting with Allen, Claro Print were straight forward and easy to deal with. The items I asked for were quoted quickly, once the go ahead was given the team at Claro Print swung into action. Within the same day I had the quote acceptance, the artwork and the invoice (which I requested). Within a day I had approved everything and the order was off to print. I was given a clear delivery timescale and the order was delivered early. Allen was back on the phone just to check everything arrived and I was happy. He was also looking for ways they could have improved the service - nothing to report, service was 5 star. Will definitely be using Claro Print again and recommending them as well.
