Particularly so as there was a change in circumstances during the campaign. The printing quality and prompt service in delivering the items was very efficient. Costs of items were reasonable. I would use Claro again and would recommend them to others.

The advice I have received from Allen has been invaluable when choosing the specifications of my booklets or acrylic awards. Allen answers all of my emails so quickly and thoroughly, usually within 5-20 minutes and I have never failed to get hold of him on the phone. I feel I can trust Allen & Claro Print to offer me the best prices and to be honest in their advice. There have been times when I have sent artwork much later than I originally said I would or in the wrong format but Allen has bent over backwards to ensure I meet my deadlines regardless. The quality of the products ordered from Claro Print has been exceptional. Allen is an absolute pleasure to work with and I often feel like he works purely for me sometimes as he is so fast to respond and I believe he understands our needs as a not-for-profit organisation and he is on my side to get me the best deals. I had made an error with the bleed when setting my file up for print and this was flagged by Claro Print, meaning that there weren't any issues with the print. The turn around on the job was swift and the quality of printing, paper and colour reproduction were all excellent. Highly recommend.

I have used them twice, once for a hardback biography, which has won praise from all who have purchased a copy, and once for a very important booklet, and I would never consider going to another printer.
