They lost our Duvet. Once it was lost, no effort seemed to be made to find it. I had to repeatedly chase them to get any kind of answer in spite of leaving my number with them. In the end we just lost patience with them. It took ages to come to any agreement on compensation since they insisted on playing as little as possible and they were convinced we were lying about the original price of it. The only mitigating ciccumsatnces was that their staff were hit hard by covid at that time but we still think they didn't try. Service used in 2022 ; We will never go back to them.
I had the misfortune of using this company last year to dry clean my interlined curtains. Sean came to my home examined the curtains and gave me a price . They were paid upfront. On returning the curtains they were at least 2 inches shorter and still stained . I managed to save one set from their “ cleaning”. They ensured to do all possible to rectify the situation but stopped answering calls. No refund or replacement was offered on the curtains destroyed or on the ones that weren’t even cleaned. €1350.00 was what we were charged just to give you an idea of our loss on this. Avoid at all costs. Deeply upsetting service.

Jul 05,2024I wish I could give more than five stars for the experience I had with cleaning angel! I had a stain on a bridesmaid dress that I needed seen to right away. Both Helene and Mark were so kind in taking on the emergency work on the dress. Mark got the stain out perfectly within a couple of hours. Their kindness to me and great care they took of the dress, I will never forget.
