Sep 19,2024I purchased my amplifier online as I live in Devon. The next day I get a phone call apologizing that they didn't have what I ordered, it had already been sold to someone else. They Said it was their fault so if I wanted they would send me the next model up split the price difference in half. Needless to say I accepted and they got it to me the next day. I highly recommend them if you want great quality hi-fi at an excellent price with friendly helpful service.

Sep 05,2024The service at your company is disgusting. After paying for the order, I waited for a response for several days, but did not wait. When I contacted the representative, it turned out that the payment was suspended in the pending state. Although my bank has confirmed the payment. For some reason, I was asked to transfer money from this account to another. This process should have taken up to 10 more days. I am very disappointed. There are a lot of negative reviews on the company's website.

Jan 25,2025Vickers took the time to set up a new system alongside my existing. The result was that I walked out with a new Cyrus Amp40 and Streamer40 plus Chord Epic interconnect. Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff who never pushed product onto me and listened to my request to bring my Sonus Faber speakers to life - they now sound amazing. Thanks.
