The kind hand written notes never go without acknowledgement on my part and I find this reassuring that you are dealing with a company that actually cares for the wellbeing of their customers. I also have received upgrades in my orders as I have been with the company for several years and this also is something that the company does not have to do but clearly want to which is so kind and it's very much appreciated every time.
