Having chosen a realtor from several they had for me to choose from, I chose Theresa Costa in Colorado Springs as my sellers agent. The property was challenging, an older mobile on land that was a unique property. Threasa was full service, professional pictures, always available, answered texts and calls punctually, kept me on schedule, and resulted in selling the home in under two months from listing to move out. Experience was two thumbs up!
