Jul 15,2024We were pleasantly surprised to have the process work so smoothly! We chose a wonderful realtor from the three realtors that Clever provided. Bottom line, our home was listed and 30 days later we closed/sold it. It worked the same as other homes we’ve sold, but paid only 1.5% for the listing agent and 3% for buyers agent. Hindsight, we’d probably try to offer 2.5 for buyers agent next time. Our realtor was professional, communicative, and gave us great advice during negotiations to get top dollar for our home. Listing photos were beautiful and included. Absolutely no difference in using a Clever realtor than a regular realtor. We highly recommend using Clever or negotiating the same rate with your favorite local realtor if you are able. Clever does the negotiating work for you but does charge the realtor a ‘finders’ fee.

Not all the agents they recommend are good, but if the ones they recommend isn't to your liking you can request clever to connect you with others. So in the end, not all agents in clever are good, but the Clever team itself is very accommodating.
