Jun 08,2024I had done everything myself expecting to list FSBO but then discovered Clever that sounded too good to be true. I got brave and entered my request and shortly there were 3 leads offered to me. I didn't even have to call because Agents were contacting me directly. I was able to meet with the first one within an hour. This Agent was professional, did not waste my time or his, and he explained all he had to offer, his thoughts and plans to get the house sold and actually scared me at first he was so confident. I let the other Agents know I found my 'guy' and they were fine and didn't contact me again. I was thrilled to be able to save 1% or more listing commission as I wanted to keep costs down. He was worth full price, didn't cut any corners and was 100% available with immediate responses. He looked out for my interest before his own. He listened to my ideas and always included me in decisions with logical points. Some improvements I didn't go with, but never a complaint, always positive. Sold and closed in less than 30 days.
