May 23,2024I never heard of Clever before our recent home sale a did the research and read the reviews. The process was simple, answer some questions and the provide you with realtors to pick from an interview them, select and move forward. Clever did check in a few times but outside the set pricing structure it’s just you and the realtor. You can always go to Clevwr for 2nd opinions. We were very happy with our realtor and sold our house at list price (which other realtors wanted to go in much lower) in a tough rate market. Absolutely no reason to not use Clever unless your specific realtor isn’t part of their network. It helped us save alot of money, they were a secondary sounding board, and they were a good way to identify realtors to interview.

May 22,2024All of the agents Clever sent underestimated the true value of my property, as though they took the Zillow values and generated their own through MLS information and software. But so did other agents not with clever. The agent I choose did not BS me when asked the hard questions as other had done. She had a very nice manner, smart, good communication and on top of the local RE.

May 24,2024I was looking for a realtor to sell our home. They all were charging 6% or more. I Googled low percentage realtors and Clever was one of the options that came up. I filled out the online form and immediately I received a call. We discussed my location and the property. They sent me names of three local realtors that charged 3.5%. We very shortly spoke with one who we contracted with and he was great! Sold our home quickly. We had some issues with inspections and he was right on top of it keeping communication open between us and the buyers realtor. Working through Clever saved us a lot of money!
