Apr 20,2024When the realtor came in she gave me specific ideas on what to do to get my house ready for market and what I didn't need to worry about. She gave me names and phone numbers of trades people to use that were reliable. When I was ready she put the house on the market and sold it the first week. The buyer had a long wish list of things they wanted done. The realtor handled all of that and manage to close in 60 days! I could not have asked for better service!
