They had way more than 3 contact me which was overwhelming, but we worked it out. Besides that hiccup, everything was perfect and we would use Clever again!

Apr 04,2024Clever opens up the possibility for finding a great mainstream realtor who is willing to take a lower percent fee for their own reasons whether slow season or spinning off to start their own office, etc. The process was flawless and simple except for having to turn away a few VERY eager candidates. My only wish is that I could have screened the realtor candidates' locations before they had my contact info as I was less interested in a realtor more than 5 miles away from my unique niche market, and I that would have saved both of us time and their hopes and futile contacts.
